The result obtained from ICP-OES indicates the presence of elements like sulphur, phosphorous and carbon and results from FTIR analysis indicates the presence of certain functional groups like alkyl aryl ether, Isothiocynate, halo compounds, and amine salts. GCMS analysis indicates the presence of components like 4,4 diethyl amino acid, cyclopentano propionic acid etc,The presence of certain elements in the sample containing activities like anti-inflammatory, emolient and anti-septic helps in management of psoriasis on topical application.
