Abstract

Psoriasis is a chronic dermotosis characterized by an unpredictable course of remission and relapse and presence at typical sites of well defined, erythematous papules and plaques, which surmounted with large, loose, slivery scale . The disease not only affects the patient physically also disturbs the mental and social health of the patient. Siddhar yogam plays an important role in auto immune disorder.The patient has been treated and was enrolled from IPD Department of Siddhar Yoga  Maruthuvam, National Institute of Siddha, Ayothidass Pandithar Hospital, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai, The treatment has shown marked prognosis which is evaluated  by PASI score.
